Phishing and credential theft, malware, fraud, spam, illegal content and intellectual-property infringement.

Automated use

Automation through the official API within usage limits is allowed. Circumventing limits or hiding harmful destinations behind redirect chains is not.

Enforcement

Reports are reviewed manually. After review we may disable links, suspend accounts or block destination domains, with a full audit trail and an appeal process.
