Documentation
A practical guide to every part of the platform.
Getting started
Create a free account and verify your email. A personal workspace is created automatically.
Click “New link”, paste a destination and save. Copy the short link or download its QR code.
Links
Only http and https destinations are accepted. Custom aliases use lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores; reserved words are blocked.
Expiry, scheduled activation, click limits and passwords are enforced on every redirect. 302 is the default redirect type; 301 is only allowed for links without time or access limits.
Query parameters added to the short link are forwarded without overriding the destination’s own parameters.
Analytics
Requests are all redirect requests; valid clicks exclude bots, previews, prefetch and HEAD; visitors are a daily estimate.
Analytics are kept for your plan’s retention period. Export CSV from the Exports page.
QR codes
Every link has a QR code in PNG and SVG. Paid plans can change colors and add a workspace logo; low-contrast combinations are rejected.
Custom domains
Add a hostname, publish the TXT record, and point the domain to the platform using the CNAME or A records shown. The domain activates only after DNS and HTTPS are verified.
Teams & roles
Viewers see links; analysts also see analytics and exports; editors manage links; admins manage members, domains and developer tools; the owner controls billing and deletion.
API
Create scoped tokens under Developers → API tokens. Send them as a Bearer token. See the API reference for endpoints, errors and webhook signatures.
Privacy
We do not store raw IP addresses or full referrer URLs. Workspaces can honour GPC/DNT and disable referrer or country collection.
